Modern humans are the most advanced species on Earth. However, human DNA has not evolved for millions of years. Instead, we humans have adapted. The secret to our success is our amazing ability to flourish in an enormous range of environments.

In the past few hundred years, we have become quite proficient at adapting the environment to us. While this has many benefits, it has had other devastating consequences for our health and happiness.

Fortunately, our ancient ancestors possessed an extensive collection of tools to heal themselves from injury and infirmity.

We can use those same tools today. The Movement Doctor uses modern knowledge of ancient physiology and psychology to improve our health and fitness in the modern world.
