Intro to General Health

The entire population of the U.S. is sleep deprived. I urge everyone to get more and better sleep. Develop better sleep habits and/or nap during the day.

Our hormones are very sensitive to lights that are always on. This contributes to the obesity problem. Darken your bedroom at night.

During the day, get your sunshine, which is the best way to make vitamin D. Sunlight also tells us it’s daytime and sets our body clock and keeps us in rhythm with the day and night.
